When I make smoothies, I usually guess at how much of each ingredient to add. Well, this morning I actually measured out the ingredients and it turned out really well!
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Serves: 2
4 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 cup almond milk
3 bananas
2 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
You can add some cold water if smoothie is too thick!
